The key is to unify interactions and data to create consistent and durable company-wide processes that deliver continuity for brands and make them feel valued.

In order to help adopt a shape-shifting customer experience-led approach and a strategic, inquisitive mindset agency-wide, we recently appointed marketing strategist, Aruna Jagroep to work closely with Unity’s clients that have been on our roster for six months or more; ensuring they never stand still online.

Aruna’s marketing strategy skillset has ensured the agency is already delivering a higher level of service to our valued, long-term clients and her drive and dynamism has not gone unnoticed by her colleagues either.

Aruna was the overwhelming choice for May’s Team Member of the Month, providing a breath of fresh air to clients, helping to maintain their confidence and exceed their expectations with a data-led approach to digital.
