We are delighted to welcome Lydia Whitney as our new Client Success Manager, as the Unity Online family continues to grow.

Lydia joins the Unity team after eight successful years in marketing, rising through the ranks as an account executive to managing a team of more than 10 people at another local agency.

As our Client Success Manager, Lydia works closely with our clients and constantly analyses data to ensure we are providing them with the best possible service and return on investment.

She said: “It has been a really good start, I am loving my time here. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, and it is clear we have a really talented team.

“Looking at Unity from the outside, you could see it’s an agency that is really growing. I wanted to get on that ship and join them on their journey. My role is all about making sure our clients are happy and getting ‘the best bang for their buck’. I look at the things that are working and what we can expand on, ensuring they get the best possible return on investment.

“A really big thing for us is for our clients to see us like an in-house team, and it is my job to make sure that happens.” Outside of work, Lydia enjoys CrossFit and going on camping and hiking trips with her partner and their beloved dogs Kevin and Bear.

She added: “I’m really excited to see what the future holds. The company is continuing to grow and there are so many opportunities for progression. Alex and the team have so much knowledge and experience, and I can’t wait to learn even more from them.
