Transformational reporting system secures Team Member of the Month Recognition for August

The impressive growth our agency has experienced in the last 12 months has meant that our team has had to find more efficient ways of working and adding value to our clients.

With well over 100 contracted clients availing themselves of our full spectrum of digital marketing services, our Head of Development, Rob Moore took the decision to design a state-of-the-art client portal. This intuitive online dashboard will launch later this month, providing clients with a comprehensive overview of their digital marketing campaigns, including:

• Downloading current and past reports
• Viewing live website statistics
• Raising customer support tickets
• Locating the contact details of their Unity Account Manager and requesting a call
• A glossary for technical terms

The second phase of our Unity client portal will also incorporate the progress of website development projects, allowing clients to monitor the progress of our highly-skilled web developers and designers via milestones.

Aside from Rob’s sterling work on the new client portal, he has helped develop several APIs, including Dropbox portal integration for one of our clients. Furthermore, Rob is managing and growing an immensely valuable team of ambitious, innovative developers that are keen to push the boundaries and have the capability to take on even the most demanding technical projects.

It’s for these reasons that Rob Moore has been – unsurprisingly – awarded with August’s Team Member of the Month prize.

At Unity, we acknowledge and reward any individual that goes above and beyond their job description. Rob’s award sees him receive a richly deserved extra day of annual leave to take in September, along with a £100 Amazon voucher.
