Kate joined us after being an Account Manager who looked after and helped to create bespoke applications for the property industry. “I wanted a change of pace, this led me to my love of all things Digital Marketing. I have been working in Digital Marketing for just over a year and I have loved every minute of it”

Tell us about your average day at Unity

Each day starts the same with our morning stand-up where we share our priorities for the day and any good news, but after that, every day is completely different. I work mainly on organic social media accounts helping our clients to boost their brand awareness and increase engagement across their social media channels. Each day I am working alongside the Account Managers to create content for different clients, industries and social media platforms. I also work on any ad hoc tasks that come my way and have recently been helping with some email marketing tasks.

It would need to be activity based so I’m thinking snowboarding or skiing or maybe a trip to Go Ape. As it’s Christmas we of course would need lots of food and alcohol to complete the party.

It has to be Australia. I studied abroad there for 6 months when I was at university and I would go back in a heartbeat.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

The ability to fly – think of the time and money you’d save.

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

I’d definitely go for a walk, I try and aim for an hours walk each day.
