How would you describe the culture and working environment at Unity?

Understanding, friendly and inviting. I instantly felt part of the team when I first started, no coldness at all from anyone.

Who would be your dream client and why?

Dream client- Studio Ghibli. They don’t have a site, but to build them a massive bank of biography and concept arts for their films would be amazing!

What does true leadership mean to you?

Patience. Leading a group of different minds requires abundance of patience and perseverance. Being able to find common ground within a team to motivate them forward.

If you could get a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?

Roller-skating, for definite. It just looks cool.

If your house was burning down, what is the one non-living thing you would save?

I have a toast Jellycat plush. I would die for him.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

Many, many dachshunds.

What did you want to be growing up?

A unicorn… Still working on it.

If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?

Probably Heath Ledger, simply to talk about his Joker role in The Dark Knight.

What is your greatest fear?

The ocean; there’s a reason NASA wanted to start exploring space instead of the sea!

What tv show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?

Adventure Time, but not ashamed at all.
