Agency expansion heavily influences May’s Team Member of the Month award

It’s been another busy month at Unity HQ, with the team forging ahead servicing the agency’s growing base of more than 100 clients across our digital marketing and web design and development specialisms.

The rapid growth of the company has required significant review of the agency’s internal processes and May’s Team Member of the Month has been integral to the formulation of a new, robust business strategy.

Our Digital Marketing Manager, Rob James, secured May’s top prize after being voted star performer by his Unity peers for his continual refinement of business processes and staff training, helping the agency to deliver a seamless service through co-ordination of all departments a client engages with; whilst laying the foundations for personal development of all Unity staff, present and future.

Rob has worked tirelessly on developing Unity’s own ‘SEO Training Program’, designed to provide a clear pathway for digital marketers to progress within the agency – from apprentice and trainee roles to senior consultancy berths.

The recruitment within the marketing team continues at Unity also, with apprentice Max Planck appointed as the newest member of the team. Max will be given ample opportunity to develop his marketing skills from the ground up, having arrived at Unity with a business academic background.

Rob was pushed hard for last month’s Team Member of the Month title, with Matthew Mynors coming a close second. Matt’s dedication and commitment to not only his work but Unity’s valued clients never goes unnoticed. His technical expertise helps to bridge the gap between the marketing and development teams at Unity and he was confident enough to recently represent a client in a senior board meeting, with the best interests of the client’s digital presence firmly in mind.

With plenty of work in the pipeline for the rest of June and the coming months, we’re always on the look-out for fresh digital talent to add an extra dimension to our marketing efforts for SMEs of all shapes and sizes that depend on our team to deliver effective digital strategies that improve their bottom line.
