Design and Development Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a Design and Development Apprentice to join our team based in Ipswich. The role will be a full time, permanent position.

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Designer with strong ability in digital design to help bring our products and services to life online. This role involves designing engaging, user-friendly web content in a compelling, visually consistent way across digital platforms.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain visually appealing layouts, graphics, and content for our clients websites and their online platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to translate project specifications into engaging online experiences.
• Develop mood boards, concept visuals, and digital mock-ups to present design ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital assets and maintain a strong visual identity.
• Assist in the development of everything from client social media posts to presentation decks.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for our digital platforms.

The apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
