Last month, Digital Marketing Consultant, Tara Cassidy finished a very close second in our September Team Member of the Month awards. However, Tara’s continued commitment to go above and beyond the boundaries of her job role has resulted in her nomination as October’s Team Member of the Month by her Unity Online peers.

Despite being a Digital Marketing Consultant, Tara as been furthering her development knowledge with a WordPress rebuild of a client’s statically-coded website; creating a much-needed online solution for the client without taking time or resource from Unity’s development team.

Tara has continued to make it her goal to learn and develop other digital marketing techniques too, which can support campaign planning and execution for clients of all shapes and sizes. We hope Tara’s drive and determination to improve her digital skillset will inspire other Unity team members to adopt the same approach in their day-to-day work.

The recruitment drive continues…

In other news, the agency is continuing its recruitment drive and has recently welcomed two new team members through its doors. New project manager, Alix Cockell will help to provide much-needed support and visibility to our clients during website projects and digital campaigns. Meanwhile, new web developer, Adam Beer expands our in-house development capabilities and has already hit the ground running, completing two new builds in his first two weeks.

The agency’s client roster continues to grow too, securing eight new clients in October, taking the overall total well into three figures – a significant milestone for the company.
